VirtuClean Ops
Terms of service
Last updated: 17 August 2026
Parties
These terms are a business-to-business software licence between the operator of VirtuClean Ops (“we”) and the cleaning company that orders a workspace (“you”). They are not a consumer contract for the people who book a clean on your branded site.
The service
We provide an isolated operations workspace: a public booking site, client accounts, team onboarding, and an admin desk, according to the plan you pay for (Studio, Operations, or Autopilot). We do not supply cleaners, take bookings on your behalf, or introduce clients.
Order, payment, then activation
A workspace is not created when you fill in the order form. You receive a unique EFT reference and an amount in South African Rand, exclusive of VAT, plus 15% VAT. When that payment has cleared, we provision your isolated tenant. Until then you have no live site, no admin desk, and no customer database. This is the same sequence as activating a Microsoft 365 tenant after payment — order first, run the product after funds clear.
There is no card rail and no automatic debit. Subsequent months are invoiced the same way. Prices on the sales site are offers to treat, excl. VAT, and may be updated before you place an order.
Client payments on your workspace
After a job, your clients pay you by EFT or, if you published a wallet number in Settings, by wallet / cash send. Those funds never pass through us. You are responsible for the bank and wallet details you publish.
AI features
On Autopilot, the Operations AI Agent performs owner tasks only: ranking approved cleaners and confirming a booking after a cleaner accepts. It never accepts on behalf of a cleaner, never creates a client booking, and never marks a job complete. You remain responsible for every assignment in your workspace.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to host another company’s book, to probe other tenants, or to store unlawful content. We may suspend a workspace that threatens the platform or other customers. On termination we will, on written request, export your database backup and then delete the volume after 30 days unless a longer legal hold applies.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided for business use. We are not liable for lost bookings, lost profits, or indirect loss. Our aggregate liability in any 12-month period is limited to the subscription fees you actually paid in those 12 months. Nothing excludes liability that South African law does not allow us to exclude.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa. The courts of Gauteng have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
